TRUMAN VA TO VACCINATE VETERANS AT AREA COMMUNITY-BASED CLINICS

Enrolled Veterans of any age who are eligible for VA health care may receive a COVID-19 vaccination at one of Harry S. Truman Memorial Veteran’s upcoming vaccination clinics.
COVID vaccinations will be administered by appointment at several Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) coming up in the next few weeks.
Below is a list of clinic dates, locations and telephone numbers to call to make an appointment at a specific clinic. Times will vary depending on the location and availability of appointment slots.

Since implementing a dedicated COVID vaccine clinic in December 2020, Truman VA has administered almost 20,000 first and second doses of vaccine to eligible Veterans and staff.

Everything Veterans Need To Know About Getting The COVID-19 Vaccine In South Texas

9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Veterans can show up or call ahead at (210) 949-9702 to schedule an appointment. Long wait times are expected at each facility. Proper identification is required in order to verify enrollment and schedule both doses (approximately 21 days apart). Veterans can find more information and sign up to receive updates on VA’s .
