LEGAZPI CITY - The Department of Environment Natural Resources in Bicol (DENR-5) together with volunteers and other stakeholders planted some 6,000 seedlings on Wednesday as part of the celebration of Environment Month. In a social media post on Thursday, Conservation and Development Division (CDD) Chief Marlene M. Francia expressed her gratitude to all the volunteers.
