HUNTINGTON â In his 25 years with the Huntington Police Department, Chief Ray Cornwell said he learned about the importance of empathy. Cornwellâs retirement was announced in June. HUNTINGTON â Four officers with the Huntington Police Department â including the departmentâs chief â were recognized during a retirement ceremony Friday. The four officers â Chief Ray Cornwell, Sgt.
