5th victim of Kelowna crane collapse identified All five people who died when a crane collapsed in downtown Kelowna on Monday have now been identified. Brad Zawislak was working at an office next door to the construction site when the crane crashed through the building and buried him in the rubble. His body was finally recovered on Wednesday morning. A GoFundMe has been created to support his wife, Helen Furuya, and their two daughters, Savannah and Zoe. It describes Zawislak as a beloved husband and a proud father, “a kind, giving and committed family man” who was a friend to many.
