Bureaucracy changes your brain chemistry. you lash out at the person in front of you. this happens thousands of times a day at airports, the airline employees at the gate are faced with people like this all the time because people get angry even if somebody is saying you can't get on a plane because you could die there's a storm out there you can't go out but you blame them. when you're faced with a human and no options, you become a horrible, horrible person, which is why my solution is robots. robots solve everything. you can't scream at a robot especially if it's an adorable robot. >> i see...
