A grand jury handed down indictments on February 11 charging Medina County, Texas, Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez, Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez with 150 counts of voter fraud, News4SA reported. The indictment includes charges relating to organized election fraud, assisting voter voting ballot by mail, unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelop, illegal voting, election fraud, fraudulent use of an absentee ballot by mail, acting as an agent, tampering with government records, and election fraud.

Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez is accused of ballot harvesting at assisted living centers in the 2018 primary election. He’s a justice of the peace who was arrested with three others who face 150 charges of voter fraud.
Medina County Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez was arrested on Feb. 11 and is charged on one count of organized election fraud, one count of “assisting voter voting ballot by mail,” and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope, KABB reports.
He was arrested with Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez, and Mary Balderrama. All four were indicted by a Bandera Grand Jury on Feb. 9.

A South Texas county justice of the peace was among the four people arrested on 150 counts of voter fraud in connection to the 2018 primary election in Medina County.
Medina County Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez was arrested by the Texas attorney general’s Election Fraud Unit on Feb. 11.
The arrest came after earlier detaining Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez, and Mary Balderrama on allegations of election fraud, according to News4SA.
According to a statement from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office, the case involves claims of vote harvesting at assisted living centers in Medina County in the 2028 election.

On February 11, Garza, Martinez and Ramirez turned themselves into the Bandera County Justice System. This case involved allegations of vote harvesting at assisted living centers in Medina County in the 2018 Medina County Primary Election.
Bandera Bulletin reports: Tomas Ramirez, 55, of Devine, arrested Feb. 11 by Texas Attorney General for organized election fraud, 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot, and 17 counts of unlawfully assisting a voter, released Feb. 11.

HONDO, Texas – An area Justice of the Peace has been arrested and accused of election fraud, along with three other people.
Medina County Justice of the Peace Tomas Ramirez was arrested Feb. 11 after a Bandera Grand Jury indicted him and three others two days prior.
Ramirez is facing one count of organized election fraud, one count of assisting voter voting ballot by mail and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope.
Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez and Mary Balderrama were also arrested.
