Yelahanka Tehsildar registered a complaint against four people, including Raja Rajeshwari Nagar BJP MLA, Munirathna Naidu, for alleged illegal mining and gelatin explosion without permission. Munirathna said he used gelatin on his own land.
The three remaining convicts were sentenced to three years of imprisonment. The court also imposed a total fine of ₹4 lakh on all the convicts and directed that it be paid to the victim. | Latest News India
