New extension agent joins Edgecombe office
Edgecombe Countyâs Cooperative Extension Office is once again fully staffed with permanent, full-time employees following the addition of a new extension agent specializing in agriculture and, eventually pesticide application. Mason Shaw, a May Cum Laude graduate of N.C. State University with a bachelorâs degree in plant and soil sciences with a crop production concentration, joined the staff on Dec. 1.
