Nigeria's Public Debt Stood At N87.91 Trillion In September, Says Debt Management Office

The Debt Management Office (DMO) on Wednesday released a report showing that Nigeria’s total public debt in September stood at N87.91 trillion, which according to the Office, is equivalent to $114.35 billion.    The office stated that the total public debt stock which represents a marginal increase of 0.61% when compared to the June 30 figure of N87.38 trillion, represents the Domestic and External Debts of the Federal Government, the 36 state governments and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
