It is 25 past the hour. we're back now with breaking news on hurricane dorian, drenching the east coast with heavy rains from southeast virginia to south carolina, now north carolina, and eventually heading north to cross parts of eastern new england. right now dorian is packing sustained winds of up to 90 miles per hour, bringing life-threatening storm surges and flash floods to coastal areas. tornadoes are also wreaking havoc on communities in north carolina. the national hurricane center says the tornado threat remains for southeast virginia and eastern north carolina in the next few hours....
