Downtown, sergeant hufferd has reviewed the video surveillance of a possibly gang-related brawl. he must determine if this was good-natured rough-housing or something more sinister. >> the gentleman in the white t-shirt, you see him looking back and forth. three inmates just entered that cell, appeared to shove another one into the cell. here comes another one going into the cell it appears there's a physical altercation, this transpired at this time. can you see the bodies jerking back and forth. obviously there's something going on that brings the attention of everybody in that housing unit....
