A fire in a Wasaga Beach, Ont., residence turned fatal for one occupant in the beachside community Wednesday night.
Crews responded to the structure fire on Heatherglen Drive around 3:20 a.m.

A 74-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a media release.
The cause of the fire on Manistique Avenue is under investigation.
