Some of us are below freezing. Others are well above it. Wide range this morning. Heres what we feel like outside. Its cold. 22 feels like in mount pocono and 26 in allentown. Pottstown feeling 33. 39 in philadelphia. And 37 it feels like right now in millville. Pretty obvious with those temperatures some of us are seeing rain some seeing snow. All of us its very, very light. Im checking ground observations and lot arent even picking up on whats falling. So we got a line moving through already and then some more scattered activity that will continue through the later morning even into the afternoon. Theres a closer look at some snow passing by now from montgomery to bucks county into parts of Mercer County and Lehigh Valley to berks as well. None is anything like what we saw on tuesday and it will not be like what we saw on tuesday. Instead heres what were looking at. Some ligh ....
The tracks. Its taken hundreds of cars out of service enraging passengers. Anne makovec reports. Reporter they had a Board Meeting this morning and their engineers are stumped. They are trying to move around parts and cars to try to maintain some semblance of a normal system. But theres no timetable on when this problem is going to be fixed and the system will actually be back to normal. Its time to engage every option that we might be able to think of. Reporter so bart is putting together what it calls a tiger team of its own employees and outside experts to figure out whats damaging cars on the section of track between pittsburg and concord. At this point the folks that have been working on it we have exhausted all the pockets that we can think of. Reporter all the possibilities that we can think of. Reporter mysterious surges have fried part of the propulsion system knocking 50 cars out last week. Its the same thing that benched ....
