Afghanistan: 51 media outlets closed amid fighting

August 4, 2021 KABUL: The Afghan Ministry of Information and Culture on Tuesday said that 51 media outlets have been closed in the country due to an increase in violence over the last three months. Kabul: The Afghan Ministry of Information and Culture has reported that 51 media outlets in the country have been shut down due to violence in the past three months.
