Fodder Scam: Jharkhand HC defers Lalu Yadav's bail plea hearing by six weeks
RANCHI: The Jharkhand High Court on Friday deferred the hearing of jailed RJD supremo and former Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav’s bail plea in a Fodder Scam case by six weeks. Though the court did not fix the exact date of hearing, it is expected that the matter will be taken up for hearing after January 22. The court of justice Apresh Kumar Singh deferred the hearing on the case after Lalu Prasad Yadav’s lawyer sought time to file reply on CBI’s arguments.
