NDC holding Savalegu seat in trust for NPP The Electoral Commission (EC) has declared the disputed Savelugu Constituency seat for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC). This follows the decision of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) to sign the collated results under protest.
