Henry Haineault was in a Fort McMurray courtroom on Friday where a judge found him guilty on both charges he faced. He had pled not guilty which resulted in a multi-day trial. Back in 2018, Haineault was arrested by ALERT’s Internet Child Exploitation unit after they were contacted by the Athabasca Tribal Council claiming they found photos of child pornography on a computer he used while working for the organization.
