bengaluru: Karnataka Budget: Govt proposes two separate Metro rail projects worth Rs 31,328 Cr in Bengaluru

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has proposed two Metro rail projects in Bengaluru at a cost of INR31,328 crore. One of the projects encompasses a total length of 45 km running from Kempapura to JP Nagar Fourth Phase and from Hosahalli to Kadabagere. The second proposal is for a new 37 km Metro line from Hebbal to Sarjapura at a cost of approx. INR15,000 crore.
