Article content With a deadline to replace water meters in Strathroy-Caradoc drawing near, councillors have agreed to implement a $75 fee per meter reading for those who have refused to allow meter replacements. A motion passed by councillors during their April 19 meeting authorized the additional fee once six attempts to contact a resident had been made. Those forms of contact include an introduction letter, a trifold appointment notice brochure, attempted phone calls, door hangers, a reminder letter and a final notice. The newly proposed property on Adelaide Road currently serves as an entryway for the Tri-Township Arena in Mt.
