Future Enterprises have received resolution plans from Jindal (India) Ltd, Reliance Retail Ventures and GBTL Ltd under the corporate insolvency process. The newly appointed resolution professional Avil Menezes disclosed the names of these three entities as a 'provisional list of prospective resolution applicants'. The RP has admitted Rs 12,265 crore of verified claims from lenders and Rs 23 crore of claims from fixed deposit holders.

BENGALURU (Reuters) - The retail arm of Reliance Industries is among three companies eligible to submit a plan for the debt-ridden Future Enterprises's bankruptcy proceedings, Future's resolution professional disclosed in an exchange filing on Wednesday.

Three companies, including Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd (RRVL), have been selected as " prospective" buyers for Future Enterprises, which is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.

Besides RRVL, steel maker Jindal (India) and GBTL, maker of polyester viscose & blended fabrics are on the list
