　　央广网福州7月17日消息（记者罗晓英）第44届世界遗产大会昨晚在福州市开幕。对于福州来说，此次盛会是一次难得的展示机会。上下杭历史文化街区作为此次大会的参观考察点之一，已迎来不少游客打卡游玩，其中“上下杭・金银里”商业步行街成为最热门的景点之一。　　
　　
　　时光如果倒流百年，到福州市上下杭看到的必是满目繁华。如果说三坊七巷是达官贵人汇聚之处，那么上下杭毫无疑问是百年前福州的CBD。
　　早在明清时期上下杭是福州的商业中心和航运码头，这里遍布药行、布行、颜料行、茶楼、酒肆，多达两百多家，到了民国，又开设了洋行、银行、邮局、保险公司……一时物阜繁盛，有着“百货随潮船入市，万家沽酒户垂帘”的盛况。
　　“杭”其实是从“航”音衍化来的，码头的意思，远在北宋时，上下杭是闽江水域，来往船只装卸货物的地方，上下杭由此成为物产集散枢纽，特别是五口通商之后上下杭更是成为了马可波罗笔下的国际商港。
　　
　　2018年9月30日，福州精心打造的上下杭历史文化街区开街，延续闽商繁华，街区总用地面积476亩，核心保护范围面积353亩。立足街区现有发展基础和资源禀赋，2020年，福州启动了“上下杭・金银里”商业步行街改造提升工作，遵循“高品位、高定位、高站位”的建设理念，对标上海新天地等国内先进商业步行街，从品质、文化、景观环境入手，打造上下杭历史文化街区的“一条步行街+五个关键点”，赋予步行街过去与未来并存、传统与时尚交融的环境品质，努力将“上下杭・金银里”打造成“国际知名、国内领先、福建第一”的福州城市新名片。

　　记者在步行街里看到，耳聋伯元宵、尚干小吃、同利肉燕、糖水铺等福州传统老字号店铺在一侧一字排开，另一侧是AKB48主题咖啡屋、Tim Hortons、路德维希等特色餐饮、时尚潮牌等门店，“国际范”“福州味”“时尚潮”兼具。
　　走进AKB48主题咖啡屋，一个融入中国文化底蕴，结合福州千年古城文化形成的具有中国特色的空间展现在记者眼前。作为中国首家AKB48 CAFE＆SHOP门店，这间主题咖啡屋的目标是打造最具人气的打卡地。“街区文化底蕴深厚，是福州旅游新名片和城市夜游经济新地标，门店自开业以来，客流一直不错。”门店相关负责人林先生告诉记者。
　　咖啡连锁品牌Tim Hortons门店是福建首店，运营官万远亮称，门店整体运营还不错，自开业以来，每天可以达到200单。
　　“步行街着力打造购物、餐饮、文化、娱乐、休闲、住宿等多元业态。”“上下杭·金银里”商业步行街相关负责人介绍，在注重保留福州传统老字号店铺的同时，步行街积极引进国内外著名品牌企业、高端商品和时尚品牌，截至目前，仅中国首店、福建首店就有近10家。

M'sian documentary wins Japan award

A FILM by two students from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), titled “Red Wine Chicken”, was named one of the five winning documentaries by the Visual Documentary Project (VDP) 2020.
The 16-minute documentary was selected from a pool of close to 120 entries from Southeast Asian countries, the varsity said in a press release.
The film documenting the life, marriage and love between a Vietnamese woman and a Malaysian man was produced and directed by Angel Yuen Yi Qian and Chung Lay Woei, both Bachelor of Communication (Honours) Broadcasting final year students from the Faculty of Creative Industries.
