Jan 13, 2021 WELLSVILLE — Gary Althiser was re-elected president, and Austin Dalrymple vice president when the Wellsville school board held its organizational meeting on Monday. Barry Arbaugh was reappointed to the Carnegie Library board of trustees. Members agreed to transfer from the general fund: $79,000 into the cafeteria fund and $3,500 into the athletics fund.
