Andre Courtemanche, 16, was last seen Jan. 1 by his parents. Extensive searches of the area between Victoria and Shawnigan Lake were undertaken when Courtemanche, a student at the Westshore Centre for Learning and Training, did not return home following an argument with his parents last week. He did not have a phone with him at the time of his disappearance.
