Google is rolling out a new feature that will show an “External” label to email threads that include recipients that do not belong to a user’s Google Workspace organisation. The new feature is added to the existing external recipient warning banner. The rollout of the feature has already begun for Gmail for Web as well as Android, and it will be rolled out to iOS later.

Google has purchased Neverware, the makers of the Windows to Chrome OS conversion service CloudReady. Google eventually intends to add CloudReady to its collection of Chrome OS offerings for subscribers. Commercial and education users will eventually be able to use the Google Admin console rather than a secondary Neverware Admin Console.
