The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court in Odisha on Wednesday sent dismissed ASI Gopal Krishna Das, the prime accused in the murder of Health Minister Naba Das, to a further CBI remand of five days.
The court of JMFC, Jharsuguda on Saturday extended the police custody of Gopal Krishna Das, Ex-ASI of Police, accused in the murder of Odisha s Health Minister, Naba Kishore Das case, by four days.
Even though four days have passed since the murder of Odisha Health Minister Naba Das, the Odisha police are yet to reveal the motive behind the brutal killing.To recall, assistant sub-inspector Gopal Krishna Das had shot Naba Das in Jharsuguda .
