Florence man indicted for criminally negligent homicide in 2019 crash Updated Dec 17, 2020; A Lauderdale County grand jury has indicted a Florence man for criminally negligent homicide in connection with a 2019 vehicle crash. According to court documents, Charles Camryn Scott, 21, was indicted for allegedly failing to maintain his lane and/or driving on the wrong side of the road in a June 15, 2019 crash.
