Sheltering evacuees. for some of us, katrina is not that far in our memory. when you see the city of houston took over 2,000 evacuees and san antonio 36,000 and tens of more thousands across the area. the gulf coast is a populated area and where we're seeing this storm's projected landfall, i think we have about 3.5 to 4 million residents that live in this projected path. some will move inland, some will try to ride it out. you know, my encouragement to those that try to ride it out, they need to remember now that they could be three to five days without some good water. and if we lose the ele...
