Từ sau 30.9, TPHCM sẽ nới lỏng có lộ trình nhiều hoạt động nhằm phục hồi kinh tế, đồng thời vẫn kiểm soát tốt dịch bệnh. Trong đó, các cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh công lập, ngoài công lập, cơ sở kinh doanh dược, mỹ phẩm, vật tư, trang thiết bị y tế được hoạt động nếu đáp ứng đủ tiêu chí phòng chống dịch.
