Below average. now, you mentioned the las vegas flooding. that's all tied in to monsoon season and that happens and starts to kick in towards the end of july and lasts all the way through september and it was record rainfall, but get this, only 0.22 inches. it doesn't sound like much but when it's dry like that, all the water rolls off and it was a pipe break as well. >> wow, and it really has nowhere to go. is there like a decent gutter system? some systems don't really have -- >> in vegas their -- in some cities they don't drain as well. and some of those cases do happen in vegas as well. >>...
