The Bauchi State Command of the Nigerian Police Force has confirmed a communal clash in Sang village in the Bogoro Local Government Area that claimed one life and led to the destruction of 64 houses on Saturday evening.   The Command's spokesperson, SP Ahmed Wakil, who disclosed the incident in a statement on Sunday, said the clash was triggered by the coronation of the head of a hamlet in Sang village.   Although, he said only one person, a 65-year-old man was killed in the unfortunate incident, scores of others sustained various degrees of injury.
