May 13, 2021 Neil Schultz, 58 of Rochester, formerly of Weirton, West Virginia passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 at his residence. Born in Weirton, he was a son of the late Edward and Barbara Schultz. A graduate of Brooke High School, Neil was a member of the track and cross- country teams. He then attended West Liberty University. Neil enjoyed listening to music and playing his guitar, fishing and boating.
