Parents in Alberta can begin booking COVID-19 vaccinations for children between five and 11 years old starting at 8 this morning. Health Minister Jason Copping says 394,000 doses of vaccine have arrived in the province.

RMWB's Active Total Of COVID Cases Dropping To Nearly 750
The province announced on Thursday 513 new cases over the past 24-hours. There are currently 10,017 active cases across Alberta, while there have been a total of 225,937 positive tests. There are also 538 Albertans in the hospital for the virus, 150 of which are in ICUs. Locally, Fort McMurray added 30 new cases and 138 recoveries in the past 24 hours which lowers the active total to 730. The rural areas added one new case and four recoveries, with the total of active cases now sitting at 29.
