50%. that was totally absurd. and now our republican colleagues and maybe some democrats are saying well, gee, we're going to have to move toward deficit reduction after we grew the deficit by giving tax breaks to the rich. how are we going to do that? we're going to cut back on pell grants, on community health centers that enable low and moderate income people to get primary health care. we're going to cut back on the heating assistance program so citizens can stay warm in the wintertime. we're going to cut back on many, many programs low and moderate income people need.ç tax breaks for mil...
