Citizen. i've never quite figured this part out. there are provisions for any u.s. citizen who takes up arms against the united states of america. you can pull their citizenship, you can remove that citizenship. now, there's no way to argue that he was taking up arms against america over the years, so i'm not quite sure why we didn't pull his citizenship and stop making a fuss about it, unless what we wanted to do, perhaps the thinking was to capture him and bring him back and try him in the u.s. justice system, but i think his hand was always destined to be at the end of a hellfire missile. b...
