Saline County chooses Hutton as Expo Center project manager After negotiating a long-term lease with the city of Salina for use of the land, Saline County has chosen a project manager for updates to the Livestock and Expo Center. The Saline County Board of Commissioners voted to approve a contract with Hutton Construction for its project management services.
