The reporter stephanie and heather, we know his name is jeff cherry, he was the conductor for the Commuter Rail for the mbta. Last night he was at whos on first, a private function, apparently police say when he was coming out, he was shot and killed right across the street from fenway park. When the shots rang out, the officers heard it and they ran towards and found the victim. Boston police were working just feet away when the man in killed.
