The National Election Committee (NEC) has resolved all complaints regarding alleged irregularities in the June 5 commune council elections. NEC spokesman Som Sorida told The Post on June 20 that the last 18 complaints had been received by the NEC, of which 17 were from municipal and provincial electoral commissions, with one sent directly to the NEC.
