07 April 2021 Share Framatome recently signed a multi-million dollar contract with US utility Dominion Energy to support the long-term operation of its nuclear power plant fleet. The five-year contract covers nuclear power plant outage and maintenance work, including steam generator services, refuelling services and inspections. The two-unit North Anna plant (Image: Dominion Energy) Dominion Energy s operating fleet includes two units at North Anna and two units at Surry in Virginia, two units at Millstone in Connecticut, and one unit at VC Summer in South Carolina. To support its work with Dominion, Framatome said it will mobilise more than 1100 of its Virginia-based employees over the next five years. ....
