Tech company Liquid and Facebook partner to build fibre network in DRC By African News Agency Share Cape Town – International tech company Liquid Technologies and Facebook have on Monday announced a partnership to build an extensive long haul and metro fibre network in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
