The students’ counselling cell of the Government College for Girls, here, organised an interactive webinar on ‘Mental health issues during Covid times’. Nisha Phakey, a clinical psychologist was the resource person. Phakey asked students to stick to a daily routine and engage in physical exercise to alleviate stress.
