Where you are. >> reporter: people overtaken by this water. you can see this intersection. it's transformed into a lake. according to people in the intersection when the water came through it happened in a matter of seconds. they were parked in the middle of the intersection waiting to go. the water immediately rushed in overwhelming them. bonn family, father and two sons. it took 2 1/2 hours for rescuers to meet up with him. he and his dad had to get his two sons on top of the vehicle. if it had been another ten minutes he's not sure they would have made it out alive. they are thankful and pr...
