As per NSE, the issue received bids for 1,19,68,560 shares compared with the issue size of 3,99,52,829 shares, meaning a subscription of 30 per cent. The company had on Monday raised Rs 1,732 crore from anchor investors.
The near Rs 3,000 crore IPO of the company has received strong response from high net-worth investors, institutional investors and retail investors.
The HFC had on Monday raised Rs 834 crore from 21 anchor investors, allocating 2,36,26,500 shares at Rs 353 per share.
The company has already decided to allocate 55,59,664 equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 1,618 apiece, valuing the transaction size to Rs 899.55 crore.
