The IPO market has picked up pace in the second half of the year with three issues delivering strong listing gains. Netweb Technologies' IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares of up to Rs 206 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 8.5 million equity shares by promoter-selling shareholders.
Netweb Technologies, an HCS (high-end computing solutions) provider based in India, serves a diverse range of Indian and multinational customers.
Bennett Coleman and Co currently holds 12.36% stake in the company, the third largest shareholder after Kamal Khushlani, who has 33.84% stake and Poonam Khushlani (27.62%).
Out of the total allocation 37.8 lakh equity shares to the anchor investors, 22.27 lakh equity shares were allocated to 9 domestic mutual funds through a total of 19 schemes.
