Destinations that don't see a huge impact on their local infrastructure. an example that comes to mind is tulum, mexico. big beach town, everybody goes there, but they don't have the infrastructure to meet the demand. so maybe going to a smaller town further away, it's more inland that has that kind of infrastructure. and not only does that spread out the positive impact of tourism and the financial positive impact, but it reduces the stress on, again, local infrastructure. getting out of a major tourist area is also much more affordable because these smaller towns, these more out—of—theâ€...
