Are people getting out and about or calling it it day? >> on the side streets it's touch to get out of their neighborhoods. throughout this region that's the problem. some of the primary thoroughfares but the side streets are the trouble spots. we kept in trouble with the people at connecticut state police. one of the significant trouble spots is on i-95. some exits are icy. you have to be careful. tractor trailers, there have been a couple of those that jackknifed or approximate blocked areas of the road shutting it down or making it it impassable for people. if you're heading out, drive care...
