Monday morning in Covington jury selection will begin in the trial of a Jack Strain, a former St.Tammany Parish Sheriff indicted on eight counts of sex crimes involving juveniles, WWL-TV reports.
Strain has been free on bond since his arrest in June 2019 and now faces life in prison if convicted.
Jack Strain is accused of 4 counts of aggravated rape, 2 counts of incest, 1 count of indecent behavior with a juvenile, and 1 count of sexual battery.
