Artist seeks painting made for 1970 N.W.T. centennial, missing ever since
In the late 1960s, Andrew Jackson Steen created a large and distinctive portrait of the Northwest Territories government. He recalls displaying it at the territory's centennial celebrations, and he hasn't seen it since.
