State of texas for vote delusion. essentially saying that the new maps, the new maps signed into law for congressional and state house districts in the state of texas would underrepresent latino voters in the lone star state. i want to bring in jane tim, our justice correspondent pete williams you heard will join us in a moment. jane, we have both covered this extensively. a lot of folks in texas. a lot of democrats thought lawsuits against these maps would be inevitable, and there were some already filed. now the justice department is stepping in here. can you explain to people the issue here...
