Winnebago County Board expected to approve a mystery development
CHERRY VALLEY — A commercial development deal in excess of $20 million could be approved Thursday by the Winnebago County Board. Because of a non-disclosure agreement between the county and developer Mark Goode of Venture One Real Estate the name of the business has not been disclosed.
