POBOB Outlaw Motorcycle Gang member arrested in Douglas County
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Nev. - The Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) arrested a known motorcycle gang member on Friday, October 22, 2021. Jay Prater, a Douglas County resident, was arrested on a federal indictment on charges of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
